Jon has more than 30 years of experience in planning and has worked in both the public and private sectors representing a range of diverse community planning and land development issues. He volunteers his time through several pro-bono speaking engagements on a range of topics including land use planning, public policy, economic development, and transportation. He is also active in the Arizona Planning Association and was elected by his peers as Chapter President serving from 2009-2013. 

 

His past work includes overseeing and managing master planned communities, redevelopment plans, historic preservation efforts, and downtown area planning.

After a 27-year career with the City of Glendale, the last 17 years as Planning Director, Jon has formed his own planning consulting firm and is available to assist the public sector and private sector on assignments.

Adam has more than 6 years of experience in planning and has worked in the private sector with a national planning firm representing a range of diverse community planning and land development issues. In his time as a planner, Adam has worked on the development of long-range plans in communities all over the country including Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Texas.

In these communities, Adam has helped develop a variety of planning documents including Comprehensive Plans, General Plans, Master Plans, Strategic Plans, Zoning Codes, Sign Codes, Subdivision Regulations, Parks Plans, and Design Guidelines.

Additionally, Adam has experience with CAD and GIS programs and works with clients to create development concepts, exhibits, and maps for projects with Froke Urban Planning, LLC.
